PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY

political club need only report that amount of money or
thing of value which is actually contributed to a
candidate, or which was used by, on behalf of, at the
direction of any political party, party committee, or any
other person holding or seeking public office. The
provisions of this subsection shall apply to any
committees located outside of the State of Maryland with
respect to any expenditures of money or thing of value
within the State of Maryland and Prince George's County.

SECTION 28-10. Election Reports to be filed by
Treasurer. The treasurer of any State or local central
or the treasurer of any political committee which acts in
Prince George's County excluding the treasurer of
political clubs in existence prior to July 1 of any year
shall file the report or statement of contributions and
expenditures with the County Board of Elections
Supervisors by no later than noon on the seventh day
preceding and thirtieth day following any election and no
later than noon of the next succeeding July 1 of each
year. The report shall be required of a committee only
for any twelve—month period during which the committee
received contributions of any amount. The obligation to
submit annual reports under this section shall continue
until such time as the principal officers and steering
committee, if any, of any continuing committee shall
notify in writing the officer with whom the committee's
reports are filed that the committee has been dissolved.
At the time of giving such a written notice, a final
report or statement of contributions and expenditures
shall be filed showing the disposition of all funds of
the committee.

Should any candidate or potential candidate for the
office of County Executive or County council or any group
which aids or promotes the success or defeat of any
principle or proposition which has been submitted to a
vote at any election or is in the process of being
petitioned to referendum in Prince George's County
receive the benefit of any expenditure of money or thing
of value from any political committee from outside the
boundaries of Prince George's County, that candidate,
potential candidate, or group shall be responsible for
insuring a report of that expenditure is filed with the
Prince George's County Board of Supervisors, either
through a County political committee or with the report
of one of the Central Committees of Prince George's
County under the provisions of Section 28—8 herein.

SECTION 28-11. Expenditure by treasurer or
subtreasurer. Campaign Spending Limitation. In any
single election, a treasurer or subtreasurer or
combination thereof of any political committee or
treasurer of any combination of political committees may
