HOWARD COUNTY

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class B
issued by the State of Maryland prior to appointment, and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as a Motor
Equipment Operator II, if required by work assignment.

(715) Foreman

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. Four years experience in heavy construction and
maintenance activities which shall have included laboring
and motor equipment operation work. Or: any equivalent
combination of acceptable education and experience which
has provided the knowledges, skills and abilities cited
above.

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class B
issued by the State of Maryland, prior to appointment and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as a
Foreman, if required by work assignment.

(720) Supervisor

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. Six years experience in heavy construction and/or
maintenance work, two years of which shall have been at
foreman level. Or: any equivalent combination of
acceptable education and experience which has provided
the knowledges, skills and abilities cited above.

Eligibility for a valid driver's license Class D,
issued by the State of Maryland, prior to appointment and
possession of such licensure within time limits specified
by the County and during tenure of employment as
Supervisor, if required by work assignment.

(731) Custodial Worker

Education equivalent to completion of fourth school
grade. Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable
education and experience which has provided knowledges,
skills and abilities cited above.

(73 2) Custodial Worker I

Education equivalent to completion of tenth school
grade. One year experience in general custodial work.
Or: any equivalent combination of acceptable education
and experience which has provided knowledges, skills and
abilities cited above.
