members appointed by the County Executive and confirmed
by the County Council in accordance with the Charter of
Harford County, Maryland. The Youth Commission shall
include representatives from youth citizen groups and
agencies of the County, who are concerned with the
growth, development and progress of Harford County, its
government, and the provision of services which are
responsive to the needs of its youth citizenry.

(b)     The membership of the Commission shall be as
follows:

(1)    One non—voting, ex—officio member from
each of the following groups:

(i) Harford County Rental Health
Department.

(ii) Harford County Public School
System.

(iii) Harford County Sheriff's
Department.

(iv) Harford County Department of Parks
and Recreation.

(v) The Harford Youth Services Bureau.

(VI)_______HARFORD HAVEN, INCORPORATED.

(2)    One voting member from each of the
following groups:

(i) Magie's Depot.

(ii) People to People Club.

(iii) Harford County 4—H Club.

(iv) Six (6) youth representatives of
Harford County, ages 13-21; one (1) from each
councilmanic electoral district.

(3)     Other youth oriented organizations and
agencies may serve as [[non—voting, ex—officio members]]
PART OF AN ADVISORY BOARD TO THE COMMISSION with the
permission of the Commission.

(c)    Five (5) members of the Commission shall be
appointed for terms of one year, five (5) shall be
appointed for terms of two years, and [[four]] FIVE
[[(4)]] 13 (5) shall be appointed for terms of three years.
