APPRENTICE PLUMBER-GASFITTER'S LICENSE:

This license shall be issued to any person who
desires to learn the plumbing business under the
direction and control of a Master Plumber.

MASTER LIMITED PLUMBER GASFITTER'S LICENSE:

This license shall be issued to a corporation, firm
or company not primarily engaged in the plumbing business
which desires to do plumbing work limited to maintenance
and repair, alterations and minor extensions of existing
plumbing systems on the premises occupied by it in
connection with its primary business. Such license shall
specify the name of the representative or representatives
employed by the corporation, company or firm under whose
direction such plumbing work shall be performed and who
shall be qualified by an examination by the Baltimore
County Plumbing Board. The holder of a Master
Plumber—Gas Fitter License shall be deemed as a qualified
representative of a Master Limited Plumber—Gas Fitter
without the necessity of an examination.

MASTER GASFITTER'S LICENSE:

This license will be issued to a person having
served two years or more as a registered journeyman
gasfitter or journeyman plumber—gasfitter who has served
under a registered Master Gasfitter or Master
Plumber—Gasfitter, shall be twenty—three years of age or
older and must be a citizen of the United States and had
been qualified and approved by the Baltimore County
Plumbing Board under their requirements.

The holder of a Master Gasfitter License is eligible
to secure permits and the authority of performing
gasfitting including on—site gasfitting in Baltimore
County, employing registered journeyman gasfitters,
journeyman plumber—gasfitters and apprentices and having
a regular place of business in the State of Maryland.

JOURNEYMAN GASFITTER'S LICENSE:

This license will be issued to a person who has
served 2 years or more for a total of 3750 working hours
as an Apprentice Plumber—Gasfitter or Apprentice
Gasfitter, shall be twenty—one years of age or older and
shall had been qualified and approved by the Baltimore
County Plumbing Board under their requirements.

The holder of a Journeyman Gasfitter License is
eligible to hire himself to work at the gasfitting
business for and under the direction of a registered
Master Gasfitter.
