conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one
hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned not more than
thirty (30) days, or both fined and imprisoned for the
first offense, and shall be fined not less than two
hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisoned not less than
sixty (60) days, or both fined and imprisoned for the
second offense.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

BALTIMORE COUNTY
Bill No. 13-73

AN ACT to effect the following changes in the CATV act
enacted by the County Council as Bill No. 89, 1972:
to delete a certain definition; to reduce the number
of channels which the company must make available to
residential subscribers; to provide limitations
within which the CATV system shall be constructed as
well as obtaining approvals, licenses, permits and
applying to the Federal Communication Commission for
a certificate of compliance; to provide for the
amounts to be charged by the company for additional
county, public or educational channels; to provide
for use of the public channel (s) in compliance with
FCC rules and regulations; to provide that rate
increases be subject to public proceedings affording
due process; to relate the annual fee to subscriber
revenues so as to comply with FCC determinations, to
provide that FCC modifications, changes or
alterations to franchise standards shall be a part
of any franchise issued hereunder; by repealing the
definition of "Gross Receipts" as set forth in
Section 2—15.2 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968,
as amended by said Bill No. 89, 1972, title
"Administration", Article I. In General, by
repealing and re—enacting with amendments
Sub-Sections 2-15.4(a), (b) and (c), 2-15.5(d) and
(g) , 2-15.7(f) and (g), and 2-15.8(a) of said code,
and article as amended and by adding new Section
2—15.27 to said Code and Article, as amended.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, that the definition of "Gross
Receipts" set forth in Section 2—15.2 of the Baltimore
County Code, 1968, as amended by Bill No. 89, 1972, title
