COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
3, "Zoning Regulations", Article IX, "Signs", Heading,
"General Provisions", to repeal the 1972 zoning
regulations prohibiting political signs and political
signs on bill boards.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-328(s) and
(t) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
3, "Zoning Regulations", Article IX, "Signs", Heading,
"General Provisions", be, and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
and necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, safety, welfare and property and
being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council the same shall take effect from the
date it becomes law.

regulations prohibiting political signs and political
signs on billboards.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-357A of

Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
3, "Zoning Regulations", Article V, "Signs and Outdoor
