ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
Sewer Systems (as adopted by Bill No. 25-74), be and it
is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
4. (A) Private individual and private community waste
water disposal systems shall be viewed as temporary
systems and allowed only where they conform to the
General Development Plan, the Raster Plan of Water and
Sewer, and accepted standards of health and
compatibility.
(B) WHERE A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR PRIVATE COMMUNITY
WATER TREATMENT FACILITY AND/OR A PRIVATE COMMUNITY
SEWERAGE TREATMENT FACILITY IS GRANTED BY THE ZONING
HEARING OFFICER OR THE BOARD OF APPEALS, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE MASTER PLAN FOR WATER AND
SEWER, THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS, AND THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, SAID FACILITY SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS AN
ADOPTED PART OF THE MASTER PLAN OF WATER AND SEWER AND
SHALL NOT NECESSITATE FURTHER COUNTY COUNCIL ACTION. THE
APPROPRIATE DESIGNATION FOR SAID FACILITIES SHALL THEN BE
SHOWN ON THE MAP WITH AN IDENTIFICATION OF THE CASE OF
APPROVAL.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.
APPROVED AND ENACTED: Except for the amended portion on
lines 6 through 10 and reading, "TO BRING APPROXIMATELY
THIRTY (30) ACRES OF LAND LOCATED EAST OF THE
PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD, EAST AND WEST OF PATUXENT ROAD AND
NORTH OF THE LITTLE PATUXENT RIVER AND APPROXIMATELY 98.4
ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF WAUGH CHAPEL ROAD AND WEST
OF FRANCIS STATION ROAD INTO THE 1978 TO 1982 WATER
SYSTEM GENERAL PLAN AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM PLAN;" inclusive,
of the proposed bill and the amendments purportedly
adopted on July 15, 1974, accompanying Bill No. 68-74,
but not enacted therein, and identified as AMENDMENT NO.
4, AMENDMENT NO. 5, and Amendment NO. 6, together with
Plates S and W attached thereto.
