SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER   ENACTED, That this

Ordinance shall take effect forty—five   (45) days from the

date it becomes law, provided that the   provisions thereof

shall be applied retroactively to July   1, 1974.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Page 1-1, paragraph 4. of the December 1973
Raster Plan for water Supply and Sewer Systems (as
adopted by Bill No. 25—74) , to incorporate into the
Raster Plan any private community water treatment
facility and/or private community sewer treatment
facility which is granted by the Zoning Hearing Officer
or the Board of Appeals; [[TO BRING APPROXIMATELY THIRTY
(30) ACRES OF LAND LOCATED EAST OF THE PENNSYLVANIA
RAILROAD, EAST AND WEST OF PATUXENT ROAD AND NORTH OF THE
LITTLE PATUXENT RIVER AND APPROXIMATELY 98.4 ACRES OF
LAND LOCATED SOOTH OF WAUGH CHAPEL ROAD AND WEST OF
FRANCIS STATION ROAD INTO THE 1978 TO 1982 WATER SYSTEM
GENERAL PLAN AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM GENERAL PLAN;]] and
matters generally related thereto.
