[c] (3) If the applicant is a corporation, the
names and addresses of all the officers of the
corporation.

[d] (4) The name and address of the applicant's
resident agent, if such resident agent be required.

[e] (5) The names and addresses of all persons
having a financial interest in the operation of the
proposed game,

(C)         All persons listed in subsection[s] (B)
[(a) , (b) , (c) , (d) and (e)] above shall affix their
signature to the license application and shall consent to
individual liability for any violation of the law in the
operation of such licensed game.

(D)       [As a further prerequisite to the issuance
of an order to the clerk of the department of inspections
and permits to issue such license, the] THE applicant
shall furnish to the director of the department, proof
that he:

[a] (1) Has paid all taxes owing to the county
for all prior years on personal property used in such
business.

[b] (2) Has paid to the comptroller of the State
one—half of one per cent (1/2%) required to be paid for
all prior years, as provided by sections 40 2 et seq. of
Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957.

[c]             (3) Has in effect a public liability

insurance policy for the duration of the time of the
requested license covering liability for personal injury
to any one (1) patron of such game in an amount of not
less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) and
for more than one (1) patron in the amount of five
hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00).

Section 12-257.

Each class ND and class NE license shall authorize
the licensee to operate a bingo game or any similar game,
irrespective of the name by which designated; subject,
however, to the limitation upon seating or player
capacity established for such license. It shall be
lawful for the licensee of any such licensed game to
issue merchandise, coins, currency, tokens or tickets
redeemable in cash or merchandise, or any other thing of
value as a prize or award to the patrons of such licensed
game; provided, however, that no prize or award having a
value of more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be
issued on any one (1) game, except that once each day one
