(4A) CHEMICAL AND CATALYTIC MANUFACTURING.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
13-317.1(21) and (22), 13-318.1(9), (19) [[and (35), and
13-318.3(7)]] of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article,
Heading "W2 - Light Industrial Districts", and "W3 -
Heavy Industrial Districts", respectively, be, and they
are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
13-318.1(35) and 13-318.2(7) of said Code, Title,
Subtitle, Article and Heading be, and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Section 13-318.1.
(35) Petroleum and petroleum products [[refining
and storage]] (STORED BY THE OWNER FOR ITS OWN
OPERATIONS).
Section 13—318.2.
(7) Storage of inflammable, explosive, incendiary,
and toxic material (STORED BY THE OWNER FOR USE IN ITS
OWN OPERATIONS).
SECTION [[3]] 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That in
accordance with the provisions of Section 21-301 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 21, "General Provisions, Penalties and Rules of
Interpretation", Subtitle 3, "Rules of Interpretation",
the catchlines or section headings of the several
sections of this Ordinance are intended as mere
catchwords to indicate the contents of said section, and
shall not be deemed or taken to be titles of such
sections, nor as any part of said section.
SECTION [[4]] 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days
from the date it becomes law.
