SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-400 (6) be
and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", Subtitle 4, "General Development Plan", to
follow immediately after Section 13—400 (5) thereof, and
to read as follows:

13-400.

(6) THE GLEN BURNIE CORE AREA URBAN RENEWAL PLAN
DATED NOVEMBER, 1973 AND PREPARED FOR THE ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY COUNCIL IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE URBAN RENEWAL
AUTHORITY FOR SAID COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE    IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this

Ordinance shall take effect   forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 19-200 (2) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 19, "Urban Renewal", Subtitle 2, "Specific Urban
Renewal Areas", and to enact new Section 19—200 (2) in
lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the Section
repealed, to change the boundaries of Urban Renewal Area
Two.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 19-200 (2) of:
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 19, "Urban Renewal", Subtitle 2,
"Specific Urban Renewal Areas", be and it is hereby
repealed, and new Section 19-200 (2) be, and it is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the
Section repealed, and to read as follows:
