AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-315.5(4A) to the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations", Article V, "Industrial Districts",
Heading, "W1 — Industrial Park Districts", to follow
immediately after Section 13—315.5(4) thereof, [[and to
repeal Sections 13-317.1(21) and (22), 13-318.1(9), (19),
and (35), and 13-318.2(7) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article, Heading, "W2 — Light Industrial Districts",
and "W3 — Heavy Industrial Districts", respectively, to
prohibit chemical and catalytic manufacturing, chemical
apparatus (manufacturing), chemical fabrication, chemical
and allied products (manufacturing), gas processing,
petroleum and petroleum products (refining and storage),
and storage of inflammable, explosive, incendiary and
toxic material in all Industrial Districts]] TO PROHIBIT
CHEMICAL AND CATALYTIC MANUFACTURING IN W1 - INDUSTRIAL
PARK DISTRICTS; TO REPEAL SECTIONS 13-317.1 (21) AND
(22), AND 13-318.1(9) AND (19) OF SAID CODE, TITLE,
SUBTITLE AND ARTICLE, HEADING "W2 - LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICTS", AND "13 - HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS",
RESPECTIVELY TO PROHIBIT CHEMICAL APPARATUS
(MANUFACTURING) AND CHEMICAL FABRICATION IN W2 - LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, AND TO PROHIBIT CHEMICAL AND ALLIED
PRODUCTS (MANUFACTURING) AND GAS (PROCESSING) IN W3 -
HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS; TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH
AMENDMENTS, SECTIONS 13-318.1(35) AND 13-318.2(7) OF SAID
CODE, TITLE, SUBTITLE, ARTICLE AND HEADING, RESPECTIVELY
TO AUTHORIZE PETROLEUM AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS (STORED BY
THE OWNER FOR ITS OWN OPERATIONS) AS A PERMITTED USE IN
13 - HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS AND TO PERMIT STORAGE OF
INFLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, INCENDIARY, AND TOXIC MATERIAL
(STORED BY THE OWNER FOR USE IN ITS OWN OPERATIONS) AS A
PERMITTED USE BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION IN SAID DISTRICTS; and
matters generally related thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-315.5(4A)
be, and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article V, "Industrial Districts", Heading "W1 -
Industrial Park Districts", to follow immediately after
Section 13—315.5(4) thereof, and to read as follows:
