AN ACT concerning

Charles County Supplement — Legalised

FOR the purpose of legalizing the 1975 Supplement to the
1969 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County, being Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, published by
direction of the Board of County Commissioners of
Charles County and making provision for the
publication, sale, and distribution of this
supplement.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the 1975 Supplement to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Charles County (1969 Edition), being
Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
published under the direction of the Board of County
Commissioners of Charles County and edited by Dr. Carl N.
Everstine, is legalized. The 1975 supplement shall
contain all public local laws relating to Charles County
in effect after the 1975 Regular Session of the General
Assembly of Maryland and being supplementary or in
addition to the public local laws contained in the 1969
Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles
County. The 1975 supplement also shall contain changes
in or additions to the charters of the municipal
corporations in Charles County made following the
publication of the 1969 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Charles County and up to April 1, 1975.
The supplement shall be deemed and taken in all the
courts of the State and by all judges of the courts and
all other public officials of the State and of its
political subdivisions as evidence of changes in the 1969
Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles
County made following publication of that code and up to
the dates specified above in this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Board of County Commissioners of Charles County may make
an appropriation for the publication of the 1975
supplement and may provide for the distribution and sale
of the 1975 supplement.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
