MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

of Maryland Route 273; thence with the said right—of—way
line and by a curve to the left having a radius of
1175.92 feet, an arc of 313.26 feet# and a chord of South
80 degrees, 02 minutes, 20 seconds West, 312.33 feet;
thence still with said right-of-way line. South 55
degrees, 42 minutes, 31 seconds West, 52.20 feet to a
point; thence still with said right-of—way line, South 72
degrees, 24 minutes, 26 seconds West, 560.64 feet to a
point; thence still with the same North 17 degrees, 35
minutes, 34 seconds West, 30.00 feet to a point; thence
still with the same. South 72 degrees, 24 minutes, 26
seconds West, 60.00 feet to a point; thence still with
same. South 17 degrees, 35 minutes, 34 seconds East,
21.52 feet to a point; thence with an extension of the
first line herein described. North 54 degrees, 30
minutes, 14 seconds West, 4.31 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 53.553 acres February 8, 1974.

(5) The property within said limits as set forth
above in subparagraphs (1), (2), (3) and (4) shall be
subject to such taxes and assessments as may be deemed
necessary by said Commissioners, to support and maintain
the expenses that may be incurred in the improvement of
said town.

RESOLUTION 73-R-1

A Resolution revising Section 63—15 entitled
Elections — Procedure of the Charter of the Town of
Riverdale, Maryland which will permit an official of the
Town to continue in such position after becoming a
candidate for nomination or election to any public
office.

Whereas, the possibility exists under Section 63—15
entitled Elections - Procedures of the Current Charter of
the Town of Riverdale for the Town to be without the
services of an official of the Town once he becomes a
candidate for another public office, and

Whereas, it has been determined that loss of such
officials is not in the best public interests of the
citizens of Riverdale,

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the following
