said town shall be as follows:

(1)     Beginning at a stone on the north side
of Harrisville Road, three hundred feet in a westerly
direction from the center of Wilson Avenue, where the
same joins the said public road; and running thence north
twenty—three degrees and forty—five minutes, east one
thousand and twenty—nine and three—tenths feet, to a
stone at the northwest corner of the public school lot;
thence north eighty—seven degrees and twenty minutes,
east two thousand two hundred and forty-five feet and
seven—tenths of a foot to a stone in Keilholtz Meadow,
seven feet east of the run and thirty feet northwest of
an ash tree; thence south fifty—eight degrees, east
fifteen hundred and fifty—seven feet to a stone fifteen
feet north of the center of the public road leading to a
brick meeting house near the bridge below Briscoe's
Moods; thence south seventy—five degrees and forty
minutes, west five hundred and ninety—nine and
five—tenths feet to a stone at the southeast corner of
Jessie A. Kirk's lot, and southwest corner of Charles
Keilholtz's land; thence south eighty—two degrees and ten
minutes west three hundred and five and five—tenths feet
to a stone on the north side of the road leading to the
brick meeting house four hundred and forty feet east of
the railroad crossing; thence south ten degrees and fifty
minutes, east fifty-one and six—tenths feet to a stone in
the northwest corner of Briscoe's woods; thence south
forty—seven degrees and fifty—two minutes, west two
thousand and ten and four—tenths feet to a stone at the
northeast corner of Briscoe's Meadow and on the west side
of public road; thence south sixty—two degrees and
fifty—two minutes west seven hundred and forty—one feet
to a stone at the foot of the slope on the north side of
railroad one hundred and forty—one feet east of railroad
culvert; thence north forty-four degrees and thirty—three
minutes west nine hundred and seventy—seven feet to a
stone on the east side of the public road leading to
Barner's corner, one foot inside of fence; thence north
eighty—five degrees and twenty—two minutes, west three
hundred and nine and two—tenths feet to a stone in
William Brown's meadow, seventy—seven feet southwest of
slaughter house; and thence north one degree, east nine
hundred and seventy—nine and five-tenths feet to the
stone and place of beginning.

(2)    Beginning for the same at a stone, said
stone being at the end of the North 87 degrees 20 minutes
East 2245.7 feet line of the corporate limits of Rising
Sun set forth in Section 345 of the Public Local Laws of
Cecil County, 1953 Edition, and running thence leaving
said outline for the 9 following courses, viz: North 66
degrees 45 minutes 39 seconds West 1256.52 feet North 72
degrees 55 minutes 49 seconds West 1040.36 feet. South 85
