the point of beginning, as surveyed by Jerry A. Nolen,

(3) Beginning for the same at a point
located in the corporate limits of the Town of Rising Sun
as recorded among the Land Records of Cecil County in
Plat Book W.A.S. No. 1, folio 24; said place of beginning
lying North 66 degrees 45 minutes 39 seconds West 1206.30
feet from the end of the North 65 degrees 40 minutes West
1557.00 foot line as shown on the aforesaid plat; and
running thence, leaving the corporate limits of the Town
of Rising Sun, and binding on the Easterly right—of—way
line of Red Pump Road, North 05 degrees 31 minutes 09
seconds West 233.47 feet to a pipe at the Southwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Boyd C. Etter as
described in a deed which is recorded among the Land
Records of Cecil County in Liber H.W.L. No. 1, folio 30;
and running thence, leaving Red Pump Road and binding on
said Etter land the following two courses and distances:
(1) North 84 degrees 25 minutes 41 seconds East 629.54
feet to a nail in the top of a wooden bridge; and (2)
North 09 degrees 54 minutes 07 seconds West 427.86 feet
to a pipe in the outline of land now or formerly of
George C. Reeves as described in a deed which is recorded
among the Land Records of Cecil County in Liber W.A.S.
No. 301, folio 394; and running thence, leaving said
Etter land and binding on said Reeves land the following
eight courses and distances: (1) North 76 degrees 56
minutes 27 seconds East 155.63 feet to a pipe; (2) North
02 degrees 50 minutes 07 seconds West 318.31 feet to a
pipe; (3) North 26 degrees 58 minutes 48 seconds East
43.71 feet to a stone; (4) North 43 degrees 44 minutes 29
seconds East 197.98 feet to a pipe; (5) North 54 degrees
