Street to Main Street and thence in a straight line
by the same course to the Patuxent River. It shall
also include that part of the "Fairlawn" District
lying easterly of the westerly line of Eighth Street
and westerly of the westerly line of Fourth Street.
It shall also include all of that portion of the
First 1968 Annexation lying northerly of the north
right of way line of Maryland State Route 19 8. It
shall also include all of the First 1973
Annexation.]

WARD NO. 1. THE FIRST WARD SHALL EMBRACE ALL
OF THE TOWN LYING NORTHERLY OF THE NORTHERLY LIMITS
OF THE "FAIRLAWN" DISTRICT OF LAUREL, AND WESTERLY
OF A LINE DRAWN FROM THE POINT AT WHICH THE WESTERLY
LINE OF CHURCH OR EIGHTH STREET INTERSECTS THE
NORTHERLY LIMITS OF SAID "FAIRLAWN" DISTRICT, AND
RUNNING THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF
CHURCH OR EIGHTH STREET TO MAIN STREET AND THENCE IN
A STRAIGHT LINE BY THE SAME COURSE TO THE PATUXENT
RIVER.

[Ward No. 2. The second ward shall embrace
all. of the city lying northerly of the northerly
limits of the "Fairlawn" District and easterly of a
line from the point at which the westerly line of
Fourth Street intersects the northerly limits of
said "Fairlawn" District and running northerly along
the westerly line of Fourth Street to the northerly
line of Gorman Avenue thence westerly along the
northerly line of Gorman Avenue to the westerly line
of Eighth Street and thence running northerly along
the westerly line of Eighth Street to Main Street
and thence in a straight line by the same course to
the Patuxent River: and westerly of a line from the
point at which the westerly line of Washington
Boulevard intersects the northerly limits of said
"Fairlawn" District and running northerly along the
westerly line of Washington Boulevard to the
northerly line of Talbott Avenue thence westerly
along the northerly line of Talbott Avenue to the
westerly line of Fourth Street to the Patuxent
River. It shall also include that part of the
"Fairlawn" District lying easterly of the westerly
line of Fourth Street and westerly of the westerly
line of Washington Boulevard.]

WARD NO. 2. THE SECOND WARD SHALL EMBRACE ALL
OF THE TOWN LYING NORTHERLY OF THE NORTHERLY LIMITS
OF THE "FAIRLAWN" DISTRICT OF LAUREL, AND BETWEEN
THE WESTERLY LINE OF CHURCH OR EIGHTH STREET AND A
LINE DRAWN FROM THE POINT AT WHICH THE WESTERLY LINE
OF FOURTH STREET INTERSECTS THE NORTHERLY LIMITS OF
SAID "FAIRLAWN" DISTRICT AND RUNNING THENCE
NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF FOURTH STREET
TO MAIN STREET, THENCE TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF RACE
STREET, AND THENCE WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF RACE
