BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED, that
the persons residing in said area and properties located
therein are included for all purposes and subject to the
Charter and Ordinances of said municipal corporation in
said area as if said area had been originally or
subsequently included within the boundaries of said
municipal corporation.

The conditions of said annexation are as follows:

A.     The annexation is to take effect on the 27th day
of January, 1975.

B.      All persons and property, real or personal,
within the area sought to be annexed shall be subject to
municipal assessment and taxation commencing on January
1, 1975 and for the fiscal year 1975—76 and for each and
every year thereafter at the than current rate of said
municipal corporation.

C.        Extension of water, sewer and storm—drain lines
to the area to be annexed shall be at the expense of the
property—owners in the annexed area and at no cost to the
City; design of all storm—drain, water and sewer systems
shall be such that any damage from their installation
