AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY
THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID, that the Mayor of the City of
Frederick shall give notice of this Resolution be posting
an exact copy of the same at City Hall and by providing
for the publication of an appropriate notice in a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Frederick, not fewer than at least four times and not
less than weekly intervals after the adoption of this
Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 10
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Frostburg, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article 11—E of the Constitution of Maryland, and Section
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as supplemented and amended), title
"Corporations—Municipal", subtitle "Home Rule", entitled
"A RESOLUTION TO ABEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
FROSTBURG (1963 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BEING ARTICLE 1A OF
THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND, BY REPEALING
AND RE-ENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 195 THEREOF,
SETTING FORTH VOTER'S QUALIFICATIONS."
SECTION 1: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF FROSTBURG, MARYLAND, That Section 195 of the
Charter of the City of Frostburg (1963 Edition, as
amended), be and is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
195. Voter's qualifications.
Every person who (1) is a citizen of the
United States, (2) is at least EIGHTEEN years of age,
(3) has resided in the City of Frostburg for at least
NINETY (90) DAYS next preceding any municipal election,
and (4) is registered in accordance with the provisions
of this subtitle, shall be a qualified voter of the
city. Every qualified voter of the City shall be
