BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Cottage City Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City,
Maryland, that the aforegoing proposed amendment shall be
posted in the Town Hall for a period of at least forty
(40) days following its adoption, and shall further be
published in the Prince George's Post—Star Leader once in
each of four successive weeks before the 24th day of
December, 1974.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Cottage City Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City,
Maryland, that the proposed amendment will become and be
considered a part of the Municipal Charter of the Town of
Cottage City on the 3rd day of January, 1975, unless a
petition is filed pursuant to Article 23(a), Section 13,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, 1973
Replacement Volume, as amended, said petition to be filed
on or before the 24th day of December, 1974.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the
Cottage City Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City,
Maryland, that the aforegoing Resolution and Ordinance be
and the same is hereby adopted this 13th day of November,
1974, by the Cottage City Commissioners of the Town of
Cottage City, Maryland.

RESOLUTION NO. 62

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of
Cumberland, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority
contained in Article 11—E of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as supplemented
and amended) entitled "Corporations — Municipal",
sub-title "Home Rule", entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND
THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND (1966 EDITION, AS
AMENDED) BEING ARTICLE 1A OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF MARYLAND, BY ADDING SUBSECTION (h) TO SECTION 10
OF SAID CHARTER, FOUND UNDER THE TITLE 'ELECTIONS', AND
BY REPEALING AND REENACTING, WITH AMENDMENTS, SUBSECTIONS
(a), (b) AND (C) OF SAID SECTION 10 OF THE CHAPTER."
