charges as the Commissioners of Bel Air may fix for that
year for services furnished to them by the Town of Bel
Air. The exception to the levy for real estate taxes for
the year 1974—75 shall not include any semi—annual
assessment that may become due and payable.

(b) The designation of the zoning classification
of the land lying within the area herein described and
hereby annexed shall be as follows:

Area 1, comprising the Bed of Boulton Street as
shown on the plat attached hereto and made part hereof as
Annexation Exhibit A and owned by the Town of Bel Air —
"R—1" — Single Family Residence District as described in
the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Bel Air, and shall be
subject to all provisions and conditions of said
Ordinance;

Area 2, comprising the Bed of Kelly Avenue as shown
on the plat attached hereto and made part hereof as
Annexation Exhibit B and owned by the Town of Bel Air -
"B-3" - General Business District as described in the
Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Bel Air, and shall be
subject to all provisions and conditions of said
Ordinance;

The areas referred to above, along with the zoning
classification hereby approved, are set forth on the
aforementioned Annexation Exhibits A and B attached
hereto and made part hereof.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Section
104 of the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, being a part
of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, is hereby amended by adding to Section 104 a
new subsection thereof to be known as Section 104M, which
new subsection is hereinafter underscored, this amendment
to the Charter to be known as Amendment No. 26, to wit:

AMENDMENT NO. 26

SECTION 104M. ANNEXED AREA NO. 24, BEING COMPRISED
OF THE LANDS OWNED BY THE TOWN OF BEL AIR AND DESCRIBED
BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:

A. THE BED OF BOULTON STREET OUTSIDE THE
CORPORATE LIMITS BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT A STONE NOW
SET AT THE END OF THE SIXTH OR NORTH 52 DEGREES 48
MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST 288.37 FEET LINE OF THE AREA
ANNEXED BY RESOLUTION NO. 21 OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF BEL
AIR DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 1966, THENCE WITH PRESENT
CORPORATE LIMITS AND BINDING ON THE LAND OF HARFORD
COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION (1) NORTH 52 DEGREES 47 MINUTES
31 SECONDS WEST, AS NOW SURVEYED, 117.55 FEET TO A PIPE
