CERTIFICATIONS

County and matters generally relating to an elected
school board for Carroll County; and submitting this Act
to a referendum of the legally qualified voters of
Carroll County.

And it is hereby certified that at said election,
6,034 votes were cast for the adoption of said Chapter
599 and 4,037 votes Here cast against the adoption of
said Chapter 599, the said Chapter 599 of the Acts of
1973 has therefore been ratified by the qualified voters
of Carroll County.

GIVEN Under My Hand and the Seal of the State
Administrative Board of Election Laws of the State of
Maryland, Done at the City of Annapolis, this 27th day of
November, In the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine
Hundred and Seventy—four.

Green Fire Area
STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LANS
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23—11 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the State
Administrative Board of Election Laws does hereby certify
that at a Special Election held in Allegany County,
Maryland on July 2, 1974, an Act known as Chapter 34 of
the Acts of 1974 was submitted to the voters of Allegany
County under the provisions of Chapter 34, said Act being
as follows:

AN ACT concerning Allegany County - Bowling Green
Fire Area. For the purpose of creating the "Bowling
Green Fire Area," levying a special tax in this area, and
providing for a referendum thereon.

And it is hereby certified that at said election,
2 27 votes were cast for the adoption of said Chapter 34
and 84 votes were cast against the adoption of said
Chapter 34, the said Chapter 34 of the Acts of 1974 has
therefore been ratified by the qualified voters of
Allegany County.
