Act.

May 15, 1975.
Honorable Steny H. Hoyer
President of the Senate
State House
Annapolis, Maryland

Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill
1104.

This bill amends the required procedures for
converting apartment units into condominiums.

House Bill 1330, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 15, 1975, accomplishes
the same purpose as Senate Bill 1104.

Therefore, it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 1104.

Sincerely,

/s/ Marvin Mandel

Governor
