AREA.

21.

(d) In Baltimore County the annual fee for such
license shall be [one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)]
$1,000. THE AREA OF THE LICENSED PREMISES NORMALLY USED
FOR [[CONSUMPTION]] THE PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE PREMISES MAY OCCUPY NO LESS
THAN [[85]] 80 PERCENT OF THE SQUARE FOOT AREA.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 40 of Article 77A - Higher
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
