AN ACT concerning

Worcester County — Bingo Board

FOR the purpose of increasing the salary of the members
of the Bingo Board of Worcester County; and
clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

Section 251A(c)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 251A(c) of Article 27 - Crimes and
Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments

251A.

(c) Each member of the bingo board shall be paid
an annual salary of [$600.00] $1000, plus a reasonable
traveling and expense allowance. The cost of [such]
THESE payments and all the administrative costs of the
bingo board shall be paid by the County Commissioners of
Worcester County from the proceeds paid to the County
Commissioners under the provisions of this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
