AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County — Punchcard Voting

MC 64A-75

FOR the purpose of permitting the use of a certain
punchcard ballot voting system as an alternative to
the lever voting machine in Montgomery County, and
generally relating to the implementation of such

system.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 33 — Election Code

Section 9-5, 13-4(a), 14-1(e) and 16-1 (a)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 9-5, 13-4(a), 14-1(e) and 16-1 (a)
of Article 33 — Election Code, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
