Article 73B - Pensions

55.

(f) "Judge" means a judge of a court. FOP THE
PURPOSE OF THIS SUBSECTION, A JUDGE ALSO INCLUDES ANY
MASTER IN CHANCERY OR MASTER IN JUVENILE CAUSES APPOINTED
IN ANY COUNTY OR IN BALTIMORE CITY BY THE CIRCUIT COURT
FOR THAT COUNTY OR THE APPROPRIATE COURT OF THE SUPREME
BENCH OF BALTIMORE CITY AND WHO SERVES ON A FULL-TIME
BASIS AS A MASTER, SUBJECT TO THE BENEFITS AND
LIMITATIONS OF PARAGRAPHS (1) THROUGH (9) OF SUBSECTION M
OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Health Service Cost Review [[Appeals]] Commission

— Appeals

FOR the purpose of changing the method of appeal from
final determinations of the Health Service Cost
Review Commission; requiring that the Health
Services Cost Review Commission be a party to any
and all appeals from a final order of the Commission
or of the Board of Review of the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene or with respect to a
matter which the Commission has refused a hearing;
providing that any person whose interest will or may
be affected may be deemed an interested party; and
clarifying language.
