only may be sold from an "off—sale" store which is
attached to and a part of the licensed premises on Sunday
after eight o'clock a.m. UNTIL TWO O'CLOCK A.M. THE DAY
FOLLOWING, and for the purpose of this provision, the
board of license commissioners of Prince George's County
shall determine by reasonable standards what shall
constitute an "off—sale store." [Nothing herein contained
shall prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages for
consumption off the licensed premises between 12:00
midnight and 2:00 a.m. of any day provided the sale is
made from the bar or restaurant facilities of the
licensed premises.] Nothing further herein shall be
construed to permit sales at any time between 2 o'clock
a.m. and 6 o'clock a.m. of any day.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Judges' Retirement System — Court Masters
FOR the purpose of providing that any master in chancery
or master in juvenile causes appointed in any county
or in Baltimore City who serves on a full—time basis
as a master is included in the Judges' Retirement
System (contributing plan) , subject to the benefits
and limitations of this retirement plan, and
relating generally to the Judges' Retirement System
with respect to certain court masters.
