MONTHS TO OPERATE A BONAFIDE CLASS B LICENSE. THE B-1
LICENSE SHALL BE REVOKED AFTER THE SIX MONTH PERIOD HAS
EXPIRED IF THE LICENSEE HAS NOT MET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR

A__CLASS B LICENSE. THE POPULATION FIGURES ARE THOSE

FOUND IN THE HOST RECENT FEDERAL CENSUS.

99.

In Harford County, notwithstanding any other
provision of this subtitle, licensees, under this article
shall only sell, offer for sale, or dispense the
beverages defined in this article, between the hours of 8
o'clock a.m. and [1] 2 o'clock a.m. on Monday through
[Thursday] SATURDAY, [between the hours of 8 o'clock a.m.
on Friday to 2 o'clock a.m. on Saturday,] and between
the hours of [8 o'clock a.m. on Saturday to 2 o'clock
a.m.] 12:00 NOON [[AND 12:00 MIDNIGHT on Sunday]], ON
SUNDAY AND 2 O'CLOCK A.M. ON THE DAY FOLLOWING and shall
not sell [such] ALCOHOLIC beverages during any other
hours or at any OTHER time on Sundays unless that Sunday
is New Year's Day. No beer or light wine shall be
permitted to be drunk on the premises of a licensee after
fifteen (15) minutes following the closing hours
prescribed in this section except that any restaurant,
hotel or private club holding a beer, wine or other
alcoholic beverage license as provided in §§ 20 (h—2), 14
(g) (1), 13 (h) , 14 (g) (2) and 19 (f-2) of Article 2B
may serve those alcoholic beverages during the hours of
[[1 o'clock p.m. and 10 o'clock p.m. on Sunday]] 12 NOON
AND 2 O'CLOCK A.M. ON THE DAY FOLLOWING. Whenever New
Year's Eve [falls on Saturday those licensees may sell
their beverages and remain open for two hours past
midnight, and if New Year's Eve] falls on a Sunday those
licensees may open at [1 o'clock p.m.] 12:00 NOON and
close at two hours past midnight as noted in §§ 89 and 90
of this article.

(b) Provided further, that in Harford County the
liquor control board shall keep accurate records of the
purchase of alcoholic beverages, which records shall be
open to inspection by the representatives of the county
or municipal corporation interested therein, ana shall
make semiannual reports to the county or municipal
corporation which reports or so much thereof as may be
deemed by the board to be necessary, shall be published
in one or more newspapers printed and published in
Harford County. HOLDERS OF B-1 OR B-2 LICENSES NEED NOT
KEEP ANY RECORDS OF FOOD SOLD BY THEM.]]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
