issued by the liquor control board to bona fide
restaurants. The cost of [said] THE license shall be
$150 [one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) and the
licensee shall comply with the food sale requirements set
forth in §2(p) of this article.] AND THE LICENSEE SHALL
COMPLY WITH THE FOOD SALE REQUIREMENTS OF §2(P) OF THIS
ARTICLE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS
OF §19(F-2) OF THIS ARTICLE NECESSARY TO APPLY FOR A
CLASS—B RESTAURANT LICENSE. Any restaurant described
[herein] IN THIS SECTION shall be entitled to the
issuance of a special Sunday license upon payment of an
additional fee of [seventy—five dollars ($75.00)] $75.

(3) [Such] THE licenses [will] authorize the
licensees to sell for consumption on and off the premises
brewed beverages as defined in this article with an
alcoholic content by volume of no more than six per
centum and wine and other fermented beverages shall
contain no more than 23% by volume. "Off sales" of
[such] licensees shall be limited to [not less than six
bottles or cans of brewed beverages and shall not be made
in quantities less than one fifth of a gallon for
fermented beverages] FERMENTED BEVERAGES INCLUDING SPLIT
BOTTLES AND BREWED BEVERAGES IN NORMAL CONTAINERIZED
PACKAGES: provided that brewed beverages sold in bottles
or cans exceeding 12 ounces in weight or size, for
consumption off the premises, may be sold in a numerical
quantity of less than six.

(9) (3) [Such] [[THE licenses will authorize the

In Harford County, the board of license
commissioners shall not approve any license to sell
alcoholic beverages within three hundred feet of any
[school,] church or other place of worship. This
section shall not affect any license existing on June 1,
1963 or the renewal or transfer of such license unless
