SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 252(e) and (f) of Article 56 -
Licenses, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

252.

(e)    Compensation for the executive director and
all other employees of the Commission shall be as
provided in the State budget. The disbursement of
appropriations in the State budget for salaries [and
expenses] shall be made in accordance with the
regulations of the . State Comptroller relating thereto.
THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES SHALL BE REIMBURSED
FOR EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ENGAGED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF
THEIR DUTIES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS.

(f)    Compensation for the commissioners shall be as
provided in the budget. MEMBERS SHALL BE REIMBURSED FOR
EXPENSES INCURRED WHILE ENGAGED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF
THEIR DUTIES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
