AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County — School Board Compensation

FOR the purpose of providing a certain sum as
compensation for travel and other expenses for the
Queen Anne's County Board of Education; repealing
those provisions of the law generally relating to
county school board meetings, officers, and
expenses, and rewriting those provisions without
substantive change so as to add clarity and
organization to the law; repealing an uncodified law
which provisions were included without substantive
change in the rewritten material; and generally
relating to county boards of education.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That Section 37 of Article 77 - Public

Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969

Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:
