The salaries of teachers , AND THE SALARIES OF
CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES OF THE [[BOARDS]] BOARD OF
EDUCATION OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY shall be paid at
least monthly during the school year, on or before the
tenth day of the calendar month succeeding that for which
the salary is due. No teacher [shall be entitled to] MAY
receive payment for services unless all of the current
records required by the county superintendent of schools
have been properly made and submitted.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Municipal Employees — State Employees'
Health Insurance Program

FOR the purpose of permitting certain employees of
Municipal corporations , with the approval of the
governing body of the Municipal corporations, To
participate in the Sate Employees' Health Insurance
Program, requiring that the employees be subsidized
by the municipal corporation to the same extent that
participating State employees are subsidized, and
authorizing the State Secretary of Personnel to
promulgate rules and regulation necessary for the
effective and efficient implementation of the
provisions of this Act.
