SUBTITLE 7 OF TITLE 8 OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES ARTICLE.

(19) ADMISSIONS AND AMUSEMENT TAX -
EXEMPTIONS IN SECTION 406 OF ARTICLE 81.

THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING SHALL
PREPARE THE LISTING REQUIRED BY THIS SUBSECTION WITH THE
ASSISTANCE OF THE COMPTROLLER, THE DEPARTMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS AND TAXATION, THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE
DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION, AND WHATEVER
ADDITIONAL DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES AS MAY BE REQUIRED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969

hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
