and found on page 300 of the Laws of 1973, making
available $1,925,000 for Division of Correction,
Headquarters, for construction and site improvements for
a Community Correctional Center (approx, 108 beds) in
Baltimore City, subject to the approval of plans by the
Department of General Services and the Department of
State Planning; Section 5(K)(1)(c) in said Chapter 195
and found on page 300 of the Laws of 1973, making
available $500,000 for Division of Correction,
Headquarters, for design and preparation of detailed
plans and specifications for construction of Maximum
Security Institution (400 beds); Section 5(K)(1)(f) in
said Chapter 195 and found on page 301 of the Laws of
1973 making available $50,000 for Division of Correction,
Headquarters, for design and preparation of preliminary
plans for a Community Correction Center to serve the
Howard, Carroll, Frederick County area; Section
5(K)(2) (b) in said Chapter 195 and found on page 301 of
the Laws of 1973, making available $210,000 for Division
of Correction, Maryland House of Correction (Anne Arundel
County), to renovate the shower facilities in Dormitories
"H" "I" and "J"; Section 5 (K) (5) (a) in said Chapter 195
and found on page 302 of the Laws of 1973, making
available $36,000 for Division of Correction, Maryland
Correctional Camps (Anne Arundel County) , to install
refrigeration/freezer room at the Community Vocational
Rehabilitation and Release Center (Baltimore City);
Section 5 (M)(2) in said Chapter 195 and found on page
303 of the Laws of 1973, making available $50,000 for
Maryland State Police for acquisition of land and
preparation of preliminary plans and specifications for
construction of the Golden Ring Barracks (Baltimore
County); Section 5 (M)(3) in said Chapter 195 and found
on pages 303—304 of the Laws of 1973, making available
$11,000 for Maryland State Police for acquisition of land
and preparation of preliminary plans and specifications
for the construction of Emergency Operations Vehicle
Course (Howard County); Section 5 (O)(3)(a) in said
Chapter 195 and found on page 306 of the Laws of 1973,
making available $3,493,000 for University of Maryland,
Baltimore City Campus, for renovation of University
Hospital, Phase I; Section 5 (O)(3)(d) in said Chapter
195 and found on pages 306-307 of the Laws of 1973,
making available $1,000,000 for University of Maryland,
Baltimore City Campus, for acquisition and clearance of
land, the location of which is subject to the written
