street lighting for South Campus; to an item
contained in said Act for Department of Economic and
Community Development, St. Mary's City Commission,
for preparation of preliminary plans and
specifications for the construction of a Visitor
Center Complex; [[and expanding the purposes for
which monies were appropriated for study and
development of a Master Plan for Sandy Point State
Park in said Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973]] and
providing generally for Sandy Point State Park,.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
Chapter 195 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1973 Section 5(D) (11A)(a)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter
195 of the Acts of 1973, be and they are hereby waived
insofar as they impose a time for placing under contract
the items in Section 5(A) (3) (a) in said Chapter 195 and
found on page 284 of the Laws of 1973, making available
$1,500,000 to the Board of Public Works for acquisition
of land and/or improvements and design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for five (5) District
Court Buildings/Multi—Purpose Centers to be located at
Elkton (Cecil County), Ellicott City (Howard County),
Upper Marlboro (Prince George's County), Hagerstown
(Washington County), and Frederick (Frederick County);
Section 5 (c)(1)(a) in said Chapter 195 and found on page
286 of the Laws of 1973, making available $1,000,000 for
Capital Programs Administration, Shore Erosion Control
Revolving Fund, State funds for construction of shore
erosion control projects pursuant to and as provided for
in Article 66C, Sections 756—758(b) inclusive; Section 5
(D) (8)(a) in said Chapter 195 and found on page 287 of
the Laws of 1973, making available $90,000 for Maryland
Park Service, Herrington Manor State Park (Garrett
County), for construction of shop and storage building,
utilities and site improvements; Section 5 (D) (11A) (a) in
said Chapter 195 and found on pages 289—290 of the Laws
of 1973, making available $100,000 for Maryland Park
Service, Sandy Point State Park (Anne Arundel County),
for study and development of a comprehensive Master Plan
for Sandy Point State Park with the participation of the
Department of State Planning, the Department of General
Services, the Department of Transportation, and Anne
Arundel County; Section 5(J)(3)(b) in said Chapter 195
and found on page 298 of the Laws of 1973, making
available $3,000 for State Department of Juvenile
Services, Boys' Forestry Camps (Allegany County), for
preparation of preliminary plans and specifications for a
prototype educational facility for Boys' Forestry Camps;
Section 5(K)(1) (a) in said Chapter 195 and found on pages
