SECTION [[1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF MARYLAND,]] 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 88 (d) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B —
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) to read as
follows:

SUBSECTION (A) IS APPLICABLE TO OR HAS ANY AFFECT IN
HOWARD COUNTY]] IN HOWARD COUNTY, THE HOLDER OF ANY
LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE IS
PERMITTED TO EXERCISE ALL THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY
THAT LICENSE ON THE DAY OF ANY ELECTION.

SECTION [[2]] 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Garrett County — Salary of Deputy County Treasurer

FOR the purpose of specifying that the salary of the
Deputy County Treasurer of Garrett County may not be
less than a certain amount; clarifying language; and
adding numbering as appropriate and providing the
County Commissioners shall determine the salaries of
certain personnel required by the County Treasurer.
