AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National [[Capitol]] Capital Park

and Planning Commission

Removal of Members [[— Filling Vacancies]]

MC 75-75

FOR the purpose of providing that [[members of the
Maryland—National Capitol Park and Planning
Commission from Prince George's County shall serve
at the pleasure of the County Executive of Prince
George's County; and providing that]] the Prince
George's County Executive, with the approval of the
County Council of his County, may remove any member
of the Maryland — National Capital Park and Planning
Commission from his County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4 of Chapter 780 of the Laws of
Maryland of 1959, being also Section [[70-8]] 85-4 of the
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County being Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972
Edition and 1973 Supplement, as amended), being also
Section 59—4 of the Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended
