person's portable customer—formula feed mixers, if any.]
the annual registration fee for each nonportable
customer—formula feed manufacturing facility WHICH
PRODUCES A GUARANTEED ANALYSIS FEED in the state is $100.
The annual registration fee for portable customer—formula
feed mixers used in the state is $20 for each mixer WHICH
PRODUCES A GUARANTEED ANALYSIS FEED; provided, however,
that for any person owning five or more such mixers, the
annual registration fee is $100: and provided, further,
that for any person registering a nonportable
customer—formula feed manufacturing facility and paying
the fee therefor, there shall be no additional fee for
the registration of that person's portable
customer—formula feed mixers, if any.

(a) Each registration expires December 31 each
year.

(f) A distributor is not required to register any
brand of commercial feed which has been registered under
this subtitle by another person.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
