proceeds of the sale of said bonds shall be paid to the
Treasurer of Calvert County and shall be placed in a
special fund by the County Treasurer, and shall be paid
out by his only on warrants from the County
Commissioners, which warrants shall be issued only upon
proper vouchers presented by the [Board of Education of
Calvert County, Maryland] FIRE AND RESCUE COMMISSION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Article 12 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1971 Edition, as amended by Chapter 51
of the Acts of 1972)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7—7 (c) of the Public Local Laws of
Garrett County being Article 12 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1971 Edition, as amended by
Chapter 51 of the Acts of 1972) be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
