LAWS OF MARYLAND

[Ch. 444

A Natural Resources Police officer or any law
enforcement officer, upon arresting any person for
violating any provision of this title or any rule or
regulation promulgated pursuant to it, may seize every
bird, mammal, reptile, and amphibian unlawfully caught,
sold, offered for sale, transported, or possessed. The
Department may dispose of any seized [specie] SPECIES of
wildlife at its discretion.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Lida Lee Tall School — Funding
(Towson State College)

FOR the purpose of providing a portion of Baltimore

County's share of the State basic current expenses

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 77 — Public Education

Section 128A(a)(3), (b)(3), (c)(5) and (c)(6)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1969 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 128A(a)(3), (b)(3), (c)(5) and
(c) (6) of Article 77 — Public Education, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1974
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
