perjury: First, in all cases where false swearing would
be perjury at common law; secondly, in all affidavits
required by law to be taken; thirdly, IN all affidavits
to accounts or claims made for the purpose of inducing
any court or officer to pass [such] THE accounts or
claims; fourthly, IN all affidavits required to be made
to reports and returns made to the General Assembly or
any officer of the government; fifthly, IN all affidavits
or affirmations made pursuant to the Maryland Rules OR
MARYLAND DISTRICT RULES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Anatomy Board

FOR the purpose of increasing the membership of the
Anatomy Board of Maryland to include one member from
the Department of Anatomy of the University of
Maryland School of Dentistry.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 43 - Health

Section 158(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 158(a) of Article 43 - Health, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

158.

(a) The Anatomy Board of Maryland is hereby created
