as part of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
and shall consist of [four] FIVE members, two of whom
shall be members of the Department of Anatomy of the
University of Maryland Medical School, ONE OF WHOM SHALL
BE A MEMBER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANATOMY OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY, and two of
whom shall be members of the Department of Anatomy of the
Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, to be
designated by the administrative officers of [[said
medical]] THESE schools[[, respectively]]. The Board
shall file periodic reports with the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene as the Secretary may prescribe.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 251A(j) of Article 27 - Crimes and
Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
