THE POSTING OF THE PROPERTY; AND

(3) HE PUBLISHES A NOTICE OF POSTING FOR AT
LEAST THREE WEEKS IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION
IN THE COUNTY WHERE THE POSTED LAND IS LOCATED.

(C)      POSTING PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION CREATES A REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION THE LANDOWNER
POSTED THE PROPERTY.

(D)     ANY PERSON WHO ENTERS OR TRESPASSES ON ANY
PROPERTY POSTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR. ON CONVICTION, HE IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000, OR 1 YEAR
IMPRISONMENT, OR BOTH. IN ADDITION, ANY PERSON WHO IS
CONVICTED OF VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION AND
WHO CARRIED ANY FIREARM OR BOW AND ARROW AT THE TIME OF
THE VIOLATION SHALL HAVE HIS HUNTING LICENSE REVOKED FOR
ONE YEAR IMMEDIATELY ON CONVICTION. ANY PERSON WHO IS
CONVICTED OF VIOLATING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION AND
WAS CARRYING A FISHING ROD OR NET AT THE TIME OF THE
VIOLATION SHALL HAVE ANY FISHING LICENSE REVOKED FOR ONE
YEAR IMMEDIATELY ON CONVICTION. PROSECUTION SHALL BE
MADE AND PROCEEDINGS INSTITUTED BY THE LANDOWNER OF THE
PROPERTY UNLAWFULLY ENTERED.

(E)    THIS SECTION DOES NOT AFFECT THE PROHIBITION
IN ARTICLE 27, §576 AGAINST TRESPASSING ON PROPERTY
POSTED AGAINST TRESPASSING IN A CONSPICUOUS MANNER.]]

SECTION [[3]] 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1975.

FOR the purpose of providing that a clause of a service
station in a lease providing for a minimum monthly
rental is not enforceable under certain
