WHICH THE BYLAWS SPECIFY.

(B) OATH OF OFFICE.

EACH MEMBER OF A COMMITTEE SHALL TAKE AN OATH TO
PERFORM FAITHFULLY EVERY DUTY OF HIS OFFICE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the provisions
of Art. 11, §144, as they relate to committee
members.

The provisions of present §144 as they relate
to directors and officers are included,
respectively, in §§6—315 and 6—317.

6-319. MEMBERSHIP OFFICER.

(A)   APPOINTMENT.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A CREDIT UNION MAY APPOINT
A MEMBERSHIP OFFICER.

(B)   QUALIFICATIONS.

THE MEMBERSHIP OFFICER SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE
CREDIT UNION AND MAY NOT BE ITS TREASURER, ASSISTANT
TREASURER, OR LOAN OFFICER.

(C)   DUTIES.

THE MEMBERSHIP OFFICER SHALL APPROVE APPLICATIONS
FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE CREDIT UNION UNDER THE CONDITIONS
WHICH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DETERMINES. AT EACH MONTHLY
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE MEMBERSHIP OFFICER
SHALL SUBMIT A LIST OF APPROVED AND PENDING APPLICATIONS
WHICH HAVE BEEN RECEIVED SINCE THE PREVIOUS MEETING AND
ANY OTHER RELATED INFORMATION WHICH THE BYLAWS OR THE
BOARD REQUIRES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 11, §145(d).

The only changes are in style.

6-320. SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE.

(A)   APPOINTMENT.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A CREDIT UNION SHALL
APPOINT THE MEMBERS OF ITS SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE.
