THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SHALL DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS ON THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE, BUT THE COMMITTEE
SHALL HAVE AT LEAST THREE AND NOT MORE THAN SEVEN
MEMBERS.

(C)       QUALIFICATIONS.

(1)    EACH MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
SHALL BE A MEMBER OF THE CREDIT UNION.

(2)   ONE MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
MAY BE A DIRECTOR OTHER THAN THE TREASURER.

(3)   A MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE MAY
NOT BE A MEMBER OF THE CREDIT COMMITTEE OR AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE CREDIT UNION.

(D)   TENURE.

A MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE SHALL SERVE
FOR ONE YEAR AND UNTIL HIS SUCCESSOR IS APPOINTED AND
QUALIFIES.

Art. 11, §145(e).

6-321. CREDIT COMMITTEE.

(A)   APPOINTMENT.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A CREDIT UNION SHALL
APPOINT THE MEMBERS OF ITS CREDIT COMMITTEE.

(B)   NUMBER.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SHALL DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF
MEMBERS ON THE CREDIT COMMITTEE, BUT THE COMMITTEE SHALL
HAVE AT LEAST THREE AND NOT MORE THAN SEVEN MEMBERS.
