SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 6-41 of the Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County being Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1974 Edition) be and it is hereby
repealed:

Article 10

6-41.

[In addition to the salary provided for by Section
6—40 of this Article, there shall be paid annually to
each County Commissioner of Dorchester County the sua of
twelve hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250.00) for all
mileage, traveling and other expenses in connection with
the duties of their office.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
