MARYLAND, That Section 37(a) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

37.

(a) In Montgomery County, no license for the sale
of alcoholic beverages authorized by this article shall
be issued for any place of business located in any one of
the following election districts or towns of said county:
Laytonsville (1st district), Clarksburg (2nd district),
Darnestown (6th district), and Damascus (12th district),
and the towns of Kensington, [and] Takoma Park AND
WASHINGTON GROVE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
