Anatomy Board — Membership

FOR the purpose of redefining the membership of the
Anatomy Board of Maryland.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 43 - Health

Section 158(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 158(a) of Article 43 - Health, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

158.

(a) The Anatomy Board of Maryland is [hereby]
created as part of the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene [and shall consist of four members, two of whom
shall be members of the Department of Anatomy of the
University of Maryland Medical School and two of whom
shall be members of the Department of Anatomy of the John
Hopkins University School of Medicine, to be designated
by the administrative officers of said medical schools,
