DEPARTMENT OF ANATOMY OF EACH MEDICAL SCHOOL LOCATED IN
THE STATE OF MARYLAND, TO BE DESIGNATED BY THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE RESPECTIVE MEDICAL
SCHOOLS, The Board shall file periodic reports with the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene as the Secretary
may prescribe.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Fish and Fisheries — Crab Packer's and Shippers Licenses

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Natural
Resources to issue crab packer's and shipper's
licenses, requiring applicants to certify that the
facts set forth in the application are true,
providing for payment of a fee to the issuing clerk
of the court and issuance of temporary licenses, and
generally revising and clarifying the law relating
to crab packer's and shipper's licenses.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4-807 of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
